Please read this entire section before making a reservation. Our goal is to give you the experience of living in a luxurious and elegant environment during your holiday and to make our guests super happy. Therefore, please read and understand the following points:

1. Guest access

 Private entrance. No sharing with other groups.

2. Safety:

You are in an Upmarket Residential Area with its own security guards. There are Security Cameras in front of Villa to ensure your safety during your stay. So you can relax and just enjoy your holiday.

3. Bugs, mosquitos etc in the house:

- We try to maintain a bug free environment inside the houses but you will need to take care as Da Nang has a tropical climate and these insects are often around outside and may get in if you leave windows and doors open.

- Don’t forget to close the doors/windows carefully when you are on the terrace and rooftop to prevent mosquitos coming into the bedrooms. Bug repellent is provided in the cabinet but it never hurts to bring your own. They really don’t get that bad but their presence increases after a hard rain and in the twilight hours. You should also clean up any food scraps after cooking and eating as these will attract bugs.

NOTE:

1. The receiptionist at the property and they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay. I am 24/7 available to reply to any message via Airbnb, Kakaotal, zalo and what'sapp!

2. Contact via Phone call or FACETIME/WHATSAPP/ /LINE/WE CHAT/ VIBER other apps at any point to ensure everything runs smoothly.

3. Other things: 

- Firstly, We understand that unforeseen circumstances come up; however, our cancellation policy is strict. Please read carefully CANCELLATION Policy Page before making a booking. Any confusion/inconvenience on your behalf is not our responsibility if it is clearly stated. Once your reservation has been accepted, it is our understanding that you have read and thoroughly and accepted the terms.

- Financial transactions, date changes, cancellation and refunds can be managed directly through your own Airbnb account. We do not have access your payment data and cannot cancel your reservation on your behalf.
